How we collect, use, and protect your information

1. Introduction

At Ethical Money LLC (dba EXPOSURE), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, fill out a form, or communicate with us. This may include:

  • Personal information (name, email address, phone number)
  • Account credentials
  • Profile information
  • Payment information
  • Communications with us
  • Social media account information (when you connect accounts)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
  • Develop new products and services
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

  • Brands and creators as necessary for campaign participation
  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf
  • Third parties in connection with a business transaction
  • Law enforcement or other parties when required by law

5. Google User Data (YouTube Account Connections)

If you connect a Google/YouTube account to Exposure, we access your Google user data through Google's OAuth system under two read-only scopes:

  • youtube.readonly — used to verify that you own the YouTube channel you connect and to read basic channel and video information.
  • yt-analytics.readonly — used to read per-video analytics for the videos you submit to campaigns, including view counts and aggregated audience demographics (age, gender, and geography), which are used to calculate and verify the payments you earn from your campaign submissions.

We do not access, download, or store your video content itself. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data to train AI or machine learning models.

Retention

We retain your Google OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) for as long as your Google account remains connected to your active Exposure account. If you disconnect your Google account, your OAuth tokens are deleted immediately and we stop accessing your Google data.

Aggregated per-video analytics tied to paid campaign submissions (views and demographic breakdowns used to calculate a payment) are retained for as long as needed to maintain accurate payment records and to meet our legal and financial recordkeeping obligations. Once that retention need ends, this data is deleted.

Deletion

You can delete your Google user data in the following ways:

  • Disconnect your account: In Profile > Connected Accounts, disconnecting your Google account deletes your stored OAuth tokens and immediately stops any further access to your Google data.
  • Delete your Exposure account: Using the Danger Zone on your Profile page, or by emailing us at rayanee@exposure.gg or ethicalmoneycorp@gmail.com, you can request full account deletion. This deletes or anonymizes your remaining personal data, including any Google user data, within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep for financial or tax compliance.
  • Revoke access directly with Google: You can also revoke Exposure's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Exposure's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You can access and update certain information about you from your account settings. You can also opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
