1. Introduction
Welcome to Ethical Money LLC (dba EXPOSURE) ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
2. Using Our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. You may use our Services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
3. Your EXPOSURE Account
You need an EXPOSURE account to use our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Content Guidelines
You are responsible for all content you submit, post, or display through our Services. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By submitting content to our platform, you grant EXPOSURE a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content.
5. Campaigns and Payments
Brands are responsible for setting clear requirements for campaigns. Creators are responsible for meeting those requirements. EXPOSURE facilitates payments between brands and creators but is not responsible for disputes between parties.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the updated terms on our platform.
